This month, I announced I broke up with Google Tasks and started using TickTick for task management. Folks were intrigued, so I decided to give you a peek behind the curtain of how I set up my task management system, and my favorite features.
Sometimes it’s hard to gauge if a software will work for you without seeing things in context. If you have any follow-up questions, let me know!
You can get TickTick Premium for $35/year. If it ends up not being right for you, you can apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase. (TickTick doesn’t do referral credits so I gain nothing from you subscribing, except more jewels on my crown in heaven 💎)
🤦🏽♀️ Some features I forgot to mention in the video:
⏰ TIME TRACKING
TickTick integrates with my time tracker, Toggl, so I can easily start tracking time across projects, tasks, and clients.
🎨 CUSTOMIZATION
You can set custom emojis and colors for each task list (you know I’m a sucker for customization).
❣️ HABIT REMINDERS
You can snooze habit reminders when you’re in flow but don’t want to forget about it.
📲 MOBILE MANAGEMENT
The mobile app is incredible! You can use all of the same features, including the Pomodoro timer.
If you end up trying out TickTick, let me know!
Peace, love and to-dos,
Andrea
Starting next month, the price for my inbox organization service will be increasing to $311. If you want to lock in the launch price of $100, you’ll need to book before August 15!
