Yes! You can use TickTick for teams also: https://help.ticktick.com/articles/7055781688281923584
Each task list can be shared with up to 29 members and technically only the owner of the list needs to be a Premium subscriber, everyone else can be on the free plan. They just wouldn’t be able to access premium features.
