1. We’ll meet for a 30-minute inbox strategy session. You’ll share your biggest stressors and frustrations when it comes to email.
This client was having a hard time differentiating what to prioritize and kept losing track of unread emails that needed to be attended to. She had no strategy when it came to labels and overall organization, making it difficult to be productive and access things easily.
2. I’ll log into your account and transform your inbox, creating a custom archive and labeling system based on how you prefer to work. (Don’t worry, I won’t delete anything unless you tell me to!)
This client liked the idea of using her inbox as a to-do list (and there’s nothing wrong with that!). So, I created a labeling system to help keep her focused on what is most important on a daily and weekly basis. I also added a ‘Delegate’ label so she could easily see what needed to be delegated to another member of her team.
3. Once organized, I’ll send you a Loom video with an overview of your new inbox, and some extra resources to help you build an inbox routine that feels manageable for you.
