Thanks for the shoutout, and the wonderful roundup of links and things to share :) I am always so SO excited for the new year, and I love setting a "theme" for my new year (rather than a ton of resolutions). That said, I was sick the last week of December and it really felt like January 1 of a new year arrived out of nowhere, and your newsletter reminded me that it's okay to not have everything New planned for January 1st or bust. Change is a work in progress, not an instantaneous switch!

I felt that pressure too, feeling like I had to reflect before the clock struck midnight or I'd be missing out!
