Thanks for this! I’ve been experimenting with how to start my days too- not just Monday but every day. This is what has been working lately: I go out on my back deck and look at the trees and listen for birds. While I’m out there I do at least 3 quick ink wash drawings on newsprint. My intention is to feel a resonance with nature as I do it. Then I go back inside and do about 10 minutes of yoga. Then I write in my journal about things that popped into my mind while doing the first two activities. It sounds like a lot but I find I am more settled and less angry for the rest of the day because I have listened to myself and also connected to nature and the spirit world.
I love this so much! Sometimes I think walking an hour to my coworking space is "a lot" but I too feel way more at ease and ready to take on the day when I do it. Whatever works for you 💗 please enjoy that deck!!
