The Slowdown: Check in, Clap, and Cry for Better Productivity
The Rebellious Systems "Slowdown" — Issue #4 | March 2024
Hey y’all,
Last month, I took inventory of my current commitments and checked in with myself in the midst of overwhelm. Instead of telling myself “this soon shall pass” for the 5th week in a row, I took an honest look at what was going on externally and in my body. What came from that check-in were some “nos” and “not nows,” creating more spaciousness in my life and ease in my body.
There is rarely a system, software, or automation that can fix an overcommitted and/or misaligned schedule. (I should know…I’ve tried!) Instead, there may be an opportunity for you to recalibrate, set some new boundaries, ask for help, or have some honest conversations.
We are only human, with only so many hours in a day.
Peace, love and workflows,
Andrea
