Huzzah! It’s my first subscriber-only post (and video).
As I mentioned in a previous post, I’ve been using The Chill Prioritization Matrix to help me intuitively approach my to do list each day.
I created a short video tutorial to accompany the template linked below. You can use this method daily (like I have been), or as a grounding ritual on Mondays to help you prepare for the week ahead.
